Privacy Policy

This page is operated by Forest City Digital. It exists to describe our Phase 0 Demand Engine Diagnostic and to let qualified brands request a call. This policy covers what we collect here and why.

What we collect

• Advertising and analytics data. We run the Meta Pixel on this page. It records that you viewed the page, how far through the video you watched, and Meta’s own browser identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies). We use this only to measure and target our own advertising.
• Information you give us. The assessment on this page is a Calendly form embedded directly in the page. When you complete it, Calendly collects your name, email address, phone number where you provide it, and your survey answers, and passes them to us. Because the form is embedded rather than hosted elsewhere, Calendly and its providers set their own cookies in your browser while you are on this page.
• Conversion data sent to Meta. When a call is booked we send Meta a server-side conversion event. Your email address, phone number, and name are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before they leave our server. We never send Meta your details in readable form.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We run no analytics on this page beyond the Meta Pixel — no Google Analytics, no tag managers.
• We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

Cookies

Two third parties set cookies here. The Meta Pixel sets its own, which we use only to measure and target our advertising. Calendly — and the infrastructure it loads, including Cloudflare and Stripe — sets cookies for the embedded assessment form; those are used for bot protection and to make the form work, not by us for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Meta’s ad settings in your Meta account. Blocking the Meta Pixel does not affect your ability to use this page. Blocking Calendly’s cookies may stop the assessment form from loading — email us and we will send you the questions directly.

Retention

Booking and survey information is held in our CRM for as long as we are in contact with you about our services, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@forestcitydigital.com and we will respond.
