These terms apply to this page. They are not the agreement for the Phase 0 Demand Engine Diagnostic itself — that engagement is governed by a separate written scope and agreement signed by both parties.

No guarantee of results
The figures and examples shown on this page describe work done for specific brands under specific conditions. They are illustrative of what a diagnostic has surfaced, not a projection of what it will surface for you, and they are not a promise of any revenue, ROAS, or MER outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your data, and what you choose to act on.
Eligibility
The assessment is intended for business decision-makers. Submitting it does not obligate either of us to proceed, and we may decline an engagement for any lawful reason — including that we do not believe the diagnostic would be worth your money.
Confidentiality of your data
If we engage, we work from read-only access to your systems and treat everything we see as confidential. The specifics are set out in the engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
The copy, layout, methodology descriptions, and marks on this page belong to Forest City Digital. Facebook and Meta marks belong to Meta Platforms, Inc.
Changes
We may update this page and these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.
